The need of our customers for privacy is our main focus. The protection of personal data is therefore a top priority for us – compliance with the legal provisions on data protection is a matter of course for us.

Personal data

Personal data are the data that can be used to find out your identity. These can be: Name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that is not directly related to your real identity, such as favourite websites or the number of users of a website, is not included.

The content of our website can be used without disclosing your identity. If you register for one of our personalised services, we will ask you for your e-mail address and other personal information, if applicable. It is your free decision whether you enter this data. If you use our customer service via the contact form, your enquiry will be stored in a database together with the information voluntarily provided therein (if available). This information is used exclusively by our customer service department to process your enquiry. The data collected in this way is also used for statistical evaluations within Beil Registersysteme GmbH. Neither the raw data nor the results of the evaluations are made available to third parties, even in part.

We store your details on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to these servers is only possible for a few specially authorised persons. All identity-related information is only collected by us if you have expressly permitted us to do so.
